Terms & Conditions

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you, the User ("User", "you" or "your") and Rédaction Pro ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the services provided by the Company, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.


             1. Use of Services: The services provided by the Company include the creation of essays, articles, documents, reports and other written materials (collectively, the "Works"). The Works are provided for research, study and reference purposes only.

             2. Academic Integrity: You agree to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity in using the Works provided by the Company. Works are provided for reference purposes only and are not intended to be submitted as your own work for academic credit, for school assignments, or for any other purpose that violates academic integrity policies or guidelines. Use of the Works, including but not limited to plagiarism, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Agreement.

             3. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all consequences resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions, including any consequences related to academic misconduct or plagiarism. The Company shall not be liable for your misuse of the Works.

             4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, actions, proceedings or judgments arising out of your use of the Works or your breach of this Agreement.

             5. Modifications: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version of these terms and conditions will supersede all previous versions.

             6. Refund Policy: The Company stands behind the quality of the Work it provides and offers a conditional refund policy to underscore our commitment to providing high quality reference materials. If you use Work supplied by the Company as a reference, and submit to your educational institution receives a grade below the passing grade as defined by your specific educational institution, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

a.             Submission of Claim: You must submit a claim for reimbursement within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the grade to remboursement@redactionpro.ca. The claim must include verifiable proof of the grade received and detailed comments from the instructor or educational institution.

b.             Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply in situations where the grade has been affected by factors outside the scope of the reference material provided, including but not limited to late submission, non-compliance with work instructions unrelated to the content of the reference material, academic misconduct, or other factors as determined by the Company.

c.             Refund Amount: If your claim is approved, the refund will be equal to the original price you paid for the Work. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

e.             Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises regarding the refund, the Company will have the final decision based on the information provided.

Please note that this refund policy is a gesture of goodwill and in no way affects the stipulations concerning academic integrity set forth in this Contract.
